Do I need a physical ticket?

I am a Claret member and I have got a seat for the Bournemouth match? Will I be sent a ticket? Should I have been sent a claret membership card? Without either how do I get into the ground?

They are experimenting with Iris recognition for the Juventus game, if that all goes well it will be used instead of access cards this season

They're going to add voice recognition to the cards; that's why non-one's got one yet.

By "password" do you mean the password I use online? Do Claret Members get "Access cards"? Perhaps as there is no one on the Customer Service phone line today they are all busily posting cards out?

I expect the access cards will be sent out soon as the game is still over 2 weeks away.
Season tickets holders haven't even got their access cards yet... at least I haven't anyway.

I think they sent out tickets to everyone for this one, even to season ticket holders
